Delete your TikCut account
You can permanently delete your TikCut account and the data associated with it at any time — right in the app, or by email if you no longer have it installed.
Delete in the app (instant)
- Open TikCut and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Scroll to the bottom of the Account screen.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent: you're signed out and the account can't be recovered.
Request deletion by email
No longer have the app? Email privacy@tikcut.app from the email address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my TikCut account". We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, then confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email, name, and sign-in identity).
- Cloned voices you created for voiceovers.
- Your affiliate profile and referral code, if you activated one.
- Subscription records we hold about your account.
Videos you edited were processed on your device and saved to your camera roll — they were never on our servers, so they stay on your phone and are unaffected.
What deletion does not do
- It does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions on Android, ideally before deleting the account.
- Purchase records held by Apple or Google stay with them under their policies; we can't delete those on their systems.
- We may retain minimal records where the law requires it (for example, records of payouts already made to affiliates).
